The primary purpose and scope of this job will be review of product documentation, batch review/release, ensuring GMP compliance and supporting QA Leads in NC/CAPA investigations.
Responsibilities
- Performing routine statistical sampling testing & inspection activities on all production lines including product measurement, destructive testing and dye penetrant testing.
- First piece/last piece inspection & approval.
- Supports inspection/test related rework activities.
- Support NC & CAPA investigation activities.
Qualifications
- Good numeracy and literacy skills, capable of performing calculations such as defect percentages.
- Capable of using Office spreadsheet packages for data entry and basic calculations.
- Constructive working attitude and diplomatic approach.
- Understanding of medical device GMP requirements highly desirable.
Working Conditions
Onsite in Deeside - Production/Manufacturing. Special Factors Supporting other shift patterns where possible.
