Position Overview:
Continence Care (CC) Lifecyle Manager is a member of the global T&I team with responsibility for process and product development and project management within the LCM areas.
The Lifecyle Manager is a critical function for project execution and team management of T&I work streams. You will be responsible for project management and assigned resource utilization (both in project and direct reports in T&I Team) with focus on maintaining the T&I workstream flow. You will also contribute to development of business strategy as well as all T&I processes in accordance with legislation and expectation of Convatec Senior Manager Team. The function leads the individual and T&I team development.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and development of new processes, systems and process components including prototypes.

LCM (life cycle management) of CC portfolio to ensure its improvements, compliance with standards and regulation and continues delivering of products to users.

Key responsible person for the management of projects flowing through the LCM governance model.

Planning, resource utilization of the entrusted T&I projects.

Leads team assignment and projects, establishes strategy for their work and project execution.

Supports in T&I related decision making for Design Control, Change Control and other processes in T&I competence.

Can understand and apply what standards are applicable for a CC product or product family.

Can use, understand and apply statistical techniques; has advanced statistical knowledge and can apply statistics in data sampling and data processing.

Direct reports / team management to successfully and effectively meet department and project targets.

Leader for individual and team development of direct reports.

Manages team assignment and projects, establishes strategy for their work and project execution.

Responsible for effective resources utilization within the managed team and /or project.

Responsible for assigned project budgets to leverage them effectively.

Reports project status to stakeholders, CvT Senior Leadership Team and superior.

Reviews and approves design output documents and summary reports.

Reviews and approves justifications and memorandums to support decision-making processes of stakeholders.

Participates and support CAPA process, reviews NC’s and assigns resources to complete related actions.

Approves EDMS documents applicable to R&D and function.
Skills & Experience:

Experienced professional within product / process development, experienced / educated in the application of regulatory requirements to medical devices and a skilled project manager.

Experienced in direct reports management and human resources.
