Responsibilities
- Develop clinical sales tools and training that highlight the clinical and economic value proposition of Ostomy Care and FMS.
- Create playbooks and clinical sales tools (battlecards, interactive aids, objection handling) to enable sales teams to sell the value of our offerings.
- Synthesise and simplify marketing programmes and product launch assets so they can be understood and used by sales reps worldwide.
- Train sales and Me+ / CIC teams globally on when and how to use marketing assets, aligned with the Convatec sales process, to improve win rates.
- Coordinate the development, communication and training on marketing-generated sales tools for regional sales teams.
- Create clinical toolkits that are clearly aligned with the sales process to provide a consistent way for teams to digest and use marketing assets.
- Drive ShowPad adoption through strong interactive content, track usage, and provide insights.
- Run ShowPad analytics reports, analyse usage, and proactively share insights with marketing teams.
- Create and deliver training in Articulate Rise, collaborating with SFE and local marketing teams to ensure translation into local languages.
- Proactively seek feedback from marketing and sales teams to continuously improve tool quality and effectiveness.
- Track key performance indicators such as training engagement, completion rates, and ShowPad usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–5 years of sales and/or marketing experience; strong preference for previous medical device sales rep experience.
- Nursing background highly desirable.
- Experience in adult learning and building training in Articulate Rise.
- Ability to create commercial playbooks and sales tools (battlecards, interactive aids, objection handling, etc.).
- Strong understanding of a sales process and how to align sales tools to accelerate it.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).
- Excellent project management, communication, and detail‑oriented skills.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and sales personnel across multiple regions.
- Adaptability, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 25% travel, primarily within North America and Europe, including overnight stays. Travel will be scheduled with reasonable notice.
Languages
- English (speaking, reading, and writing) – required.
- Additional languages (Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Polish) are a plus.
Working Conditions
- Remote or hybrid work arrangement, 2–3 days per week in office. Preference for proximity to the Paddington, London, UK or Lexington, US offices.
