As Omnichannel Product Manager, you will act as Product Owner for key omnichannel digital enablement platforms, leading the business delivery and embedding of scalable solutions that drive measurable commercial value and adoption across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services. You will be a trusted partner to the business, ensuring customer needs are embedded into solution design, while guiding stakeholders through transformation and change.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned omnichannel and Global Marketing and Sales (GMS CoE) initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and realization of commercial benefits.
- Manage complex stakeholder landscapes across business units, Digital/IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Interaction Centers (CIC).
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver system, platform, and process changes in agile environments.
- Partner with business units to deeply understand their needs and enable effective adoption and usage of new solutions.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, managing expectations and providing transparent updates on progress and outcomes.
- Prioritize features, effort, and benefits to drive clear business outcomes and results.
- Ensure customer needs and insights are represented throughout design, build, testing, and delivery phases.
- Define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics; use data to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Train and enable users across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services to embed new tools, systems, and processes.
- Act as subject matter expert for initiatives and support pilot phases and scalable roll‑outs with strategic recommendations.
Depending on your experience and fit for purpose, your primary focus will be either:
- Digital Enablement: Digital platforms, systems, and agile delivery to include Single Sign On, ON24 webinar platform, iCapture event platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Brandwatch and further webforms simplification and integrations with CRM.
- Content Enablement: Content platforms, content governance, and commercial content processes to include the PIM/DAM (InRiver/Aprimo) platforms, Showpad edetailing platform and Canva.
Qualifications
- Experience in medium to large matrix organizations, ideally during transformation phases.
- Solid background in Sales and Marketing (experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences is an advantage).
- Strong experience working with Digital/IT teams in agile environments.
- Recognized subject matter expertise across content enablement, digital platforms and CRM.
- Strong understanding of how features and capabilities translate into business value.
- Skilled at translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, end‑to‑end experiences.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to balance and resolve competing stakeholder priorities.
