Principal Consultant
Location: Central London
Salary: £40-50k+ Market Leading Commission Structure + incentives

Your responsibilities:
- Owning, Managing and growing your division, whether this be an existing desk or building from scratch.
- Tracking projects and winning new business.
- Building key relationships with existing and new clients both on the phone and scheduling face-to-face meetings.
- Having weekly business strategies on how you will align with personal and company goals.
- Hitting KPI\’s set for a 180 sales desk.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly monitoring of senior leadership team meetings.
