Principal Consultant

Location: Central London

Salary: £40-50k+ Market Leading Commission Structure + incentives

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Your responsibilities:

  • Owning, Managing and growing your division, whether this be an existing desk or building from scratch.
  • Tracking projects and winning new business.
  • Building key relationships with existing and new clients both on the phone and scheduling face-to-face meetings.
  • Having weekly business strategies on how you will align with personal and company goals.
  • Hitting KPI\’s set for a 180 sales desk.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly monitoring of senior leadership team meetings.
