Salary: £23 per hour.

Working hours: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. 11 hours paid a day.

Payment: CIS/PAYE.

Duration: 1–2 weeks.

Requirements:

  • Must have a CSCS card.
  • Full PPE required.
  • Tools needed: SDS drill and fit‑out tools.

Duties:

  • Cladding – timber cladding installation.
  • Battens and subframe construction.
  • Composite cladding systems.
  • Soffits and fascias.
  • External trims and finishing details.
  • Installing insulation and breather membranes (depending on scope).
