The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Contruent, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor to a portfolio of our largest and most complex enterprise customers. You will own the technical health, adoption success, and long-term value realization of your accounts—working proactively to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from your Contruent investment. This is not a support role. While you will coordinate escalations when necessary, your primary focus is prevention, optimization, and strategic partnership. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product to drive adoption, support renewals, influence expansion, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
