RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
- Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
- Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users
- Knowledge of controls programming and graphics is nice to have
