About the Role: We are currently recruiting for hardworking and reliable General Operatives to join an established recycling company.
This is a hands-on role within a busy industrial environment, ideal for candidates who enjoy practical work, are comfortable working as part of a team and take pride in maintaining a safe and organised workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the processing and recycling of materials and bulky waste materials.
Supporting production line operations and ensuring materials move through the process efficiently.
Sorting and handling recyclable materials as required.
Loading and moving materials around the facility safely.
Keeping workstations and the surrounding working environment clean and tidy.
Following all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
Working alongside colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Carrying out general duties as required by the supervisor.
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, recycling or production environment is essential.
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual work.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
A strong team player with a positive attitude.
Willing to learn new skills and follow instructions.
Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
