Monday - Friday (6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm) Weekly rotating

Role Purpose: To operate and monitor a modern automated production line producing beverages in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is highly computer-based and requires continuous monitoring of automated systems, regular quality checks, accurate recording of production data, and maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
The Production Operative will be responsible for ensuring the line runs efficiently, safely, and consistently while meeting production targets and quality specifications.
The company manufacture beverages and operates automated bottling and packaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Operate automated bottling machinery.
Start up, monitor, adjust, and shut down production equipment safely.
Monitor HMI (Human Machine Interface) and computer-controlled production systems.
Maintain continuous operation of the filling, labelling, packing, and palletising processes.
Carry out product changeovers and line setup adjustments.
Ensure production targets and downtime KPIs are achieved.
Skills & Experience Required - Essential: Counterbalance Forklift Licence (external & in date)
Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to operate computer-controlled machinery.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable completing regular quality and safety checks.
Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible approach to shift work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable: Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or food safety systems.
Experience within food, beverage, FMCG, or bottling/canning production.
Experience operating automated production lines.
Counterbalance or PPT licence.
Basic mechanical fault-finding skills.
