CLS Recruitment are seeking a reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Driver (nights out) for our client in Wolverhampton. This role involves long-distance deliveries across the UK on a flat bed vehicle and the ideal candidate must be comfortable with overnight stays in the vehicle. Start times between 04:00am-06:00am daily / Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out deliveries and collections across the UK on a flat bed vehicle.
- Ensure all goods are transported safely and securely.
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Comply with all UK and EU driving laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous HGV driving experience essential.
- Must be comfortable with overnight stays in the cab.
- Good knowledge of UK road networks.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
