Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) Oxford is seeking a Controlled Environment Lead to build and oversee our plant growth and phenotyping facilities. This foundational role will establish the systems, processes and team, reporting to the Director, Technology Development, and contributing to field trial operations.
You will personally perform greenhouse and chamber work initially, while developing scalable operating systems, SOPs, and staff growth.
