We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Audio-Visual Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and management of technical projects across the organisation.
The Audio-Visual Project Coordinator at Controllabs will play a critical role in overseeing the management, planning, and coordination of projects within our company-wide portfolio. This role requires both remote and on-site project management, including employee and resource scheduling, to ensure the successful completion of projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and coordinate audio-visual projects within the company’s portfolio.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Keep all project management software and documentation up to date at all times.
- Oversee employee and resource scheduling, ensuring appropriate staffing for projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Act as first point of contact for all projects.
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.
- Provide remote and on-site project management support as needed.
- Assist in other areas of the company where required including managing projects across all areas of the company.
