We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Audio‑Visual Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and management of technical projects across the organisation.
The Audio‑Visual Project Coordinator at Controllabs will play a critical role in overseeing the management, planning, and coordination of projects within our company‑wide portfolio. This role requires both remote and on‑site project management, including employee and resource scheduling, to ensure the successful completion of projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and coordinate audio‑visual projects within the company’s portfolio.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Keep all project management software and documentation up to date at all times.
- Oversee employee and resource scheduling, ensuring appropriate staffing for projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Act as first point of contact for all projects.
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.
- Provide remote and on‑site project management support as needed.
- Assist in other areas of the company where required including managing projects across all areas of the company.
