We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated BDR to drive high-quality pipeline growth and support our sales operations.
Role Overview
The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales process. This position also includes light administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and strong communication across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Educate prospects on ControlCase’s compliance and cybersecurity offerings.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead/prospect details.
- Assist with basic proposal creation and pre-sales documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage shared inboxes, contact lists, and lead assignments.
- Prepare simple reports, dashboards, and meeting notes.
- Support coordination of webinars, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Track contracts, e-signatures, and document flow.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and compliance teams to improve processes.
- Share prospect insights to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-activity environments.
