This is a full-time role for a PLC Programmer based in Portsmouth. The role involves designing, programming, and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure seamless integration into Marine systems. Responsibilities include:
- Creating detailed control system documentation
- Conducting system testing
- Collaborating with project teams
- Providing technical support
Ensuring system reliability and optimizing performance are critical components of this role. The candidate must be suitable for Security Clearance (managed by CRS).
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g. Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text)
