An international investment management organisation is seeking to engage a consultant for a Physical Security Support project.
The Resilience & Security team is responsible for overseeing physical security across the organisation’s international offices. The consultant will support the team in delivering comprehensive physical security enhancements, based on the findings of the 2024 security risk assessment.
The consultant will be tasked with implementing the 2025 physical security roadmap, addressing the observations and recommendations identified in the 2024 assessment. This will include the practical implementation of physical security measures, the development and introduction of internal procedures aligned with the assessment outcomes, and strengthening the integration and management of physical security risk across the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Based on recent security risk assessment of the International Office, contribute to concluding the 2025 physical security roadmap and execute the roadmap
- Ensure regular updates to the Resilience & Security team, and monitoring roadmap implementation
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders, including the Security Department in
the Central Bank and Client Office Management.
- Establish and document necessary internal procedures according to Client standards
- Contribute to building necessary Training & Awareness material
- Support in further integrating physical security in operational risk management
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with physical security requirements
and assessment protocols
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively
- Capacity to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in operational risk management is an advantage
- Technical knowledge of physical security systems and infrastructure is not required,
but an advantage
