We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to join the regional marketing team of our global consulting firm. This role will play a key part in building awareness of Control Risks' expertise and driving growth across our service offerings with key buyers. The successful candidate will be a driven self-starter who can lead planning and execution of global and regional marketing campaigns in EMEA.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
Marketing Campaign & Event Delivery
- Lead the development and execution of compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns that target key buyer personas and support the full funnel, from awareness to lead generation.
- Deliver sales enablement tools/collateral/content (via timely briefs to our in-house Brand team) to support sales/account management teams.
- Plan and execute events (in-person and online) that enhance the client experience and support campaign objectives alongside ensuring event debrief meetings and reporting takes place.
- Craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging on complex topics that resonate with commercial decision-makers. Generate content ideas aligned to global programme priorities, tailored for regional impact.
- Manage external partnership and supplier relationships e.g. conference organisers and membership organisations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and commercial leads to shape and deliver impactful campaigns.
- Develop and maintain campaign event timelines and budgets.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Work with SMEs to produce thought leadership content that supports brand positioning and drives engagement across digital channels.
- Coordinate the creation of campaign assets including emails, social media posts, web content, and lead/client communications.
Reporting & Insights
- Track, measure, and analyse marketing campaign and event performance using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Optimise future marketing campaigns and events based on insights and ensure reporting is shared with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to initiatives that build brand credibility such as award submissions, rankings, and recognitions.
- Assist in the management of the marketing budget and processing of invoices related to campaigns and events.
Who You Are:
Qualifications
- Batchelors Degree in Marketing or similar business-related subject [or customise to region].
- Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B professional services marketing or similar sector
- Strong track record of end-to-end multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
- Demonstrable experience in digital and traditional marketing techniques.
- Experience working within a matrix structure and collaborating with global teams.
- Extensive experience of campaign measurement and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Extensive experience in using corporate social media marketing channels.
- Experience translating client needs into compelling value propositions and commercially successful marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes through strategic marketing activity.
- Experience aligning and driving accountability across teams to achieve shared objectives.
Skills
- Strong project management/time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage persuasively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Proficiency with CRM, event and email marketing platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics 365, EventBrite, GoToWebinar, MS ClickDimensions).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Act as informal coach to junior team members and lead by example.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business growth strategies.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and ownership in delivering high standards of work.
- Marketing copywriting and content editing expertise.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Arabic, French, German, European language would be advantageous.
