We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Global Reward Manager to work in conjunction with the reward team to deliver our global reward strategy across multiple geographies and service lines. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, this role will play a critical part in assisting in our annual reward cycles, and ensuring our reward offering supports attraction, retention, and high performance across the business. The ideal candidate will bring strong global reward experience within a consulting environment, combined with excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Compensation Management
- Lead the annual salary review process, including planning, modelling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee job evaluation and global benchmarking activities to ensure salary structures remain competitive and equitable.
- Maintain and enhance global grading frameworks and compensation structures.
- Manage a global approach for pay transparency, including planning, modelling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate across multiple functions including HR, Finance and other key stakeholders to set metrics, to ensure correlation between performance & reward.
- Review compensation frameworks annually to ensure they remain aligned with business objectives.
- Reward Strategy & Governance
- Refine and develop compensation schemes to ensure alignment with business priorities and market competitiveness.
- Provide expert advice to HR Business Partners and senior leadership on all reward-related matters.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across all reward processes and policies.
- Total Reward & Benefits
- Lead the design and evolution of total reward offerings, ensuring they reflect current market trends and employee needs.
- Partner with global reward and vendors to ensure a consistent and value-added employee experience.
- Conduct regular total reward effectiveness reviews and propose enhancements.
- Data, Insights & Reporting
- Deliver high-quality reward analytics, insights, and executive reporting to support decision‑making.
- Identify trends and proactively recommend reward interventions.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of compensation data across global HR systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with senior HR leaders across multiple regions/service lines to educate, influence, and guide on reward decisions.
- Lead and/or input into various projects, often with the purpose of improving the Global Reward offering to employees or the service provided to regional HR colleagues.
Who You Are
- Significant experience in a senior reward role within a global organisation, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Proven expertise in annual review cycles, global benchmarking, and total reward management.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Experience managing complex reward programs across multiple international regions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Strong understanding of reward governance, compliance, and market trends.
