We now have an exciting opportunity for a Director to join our Digital Risks (Cyber Security) team in London. This is a senior role to support the growth of Digital Risks in EMEA, specifically to lead on cyber security and digital risk management programmes, focused but not limited to IT/OT security, enterprise security, cloud security, and GRC. The role is also to:

  1. Support the development and scaling of our Cyber Protect Advisory business in EMEA.
  2. Accelerate our strategic commercial penetration of high-priority EMEA accounts.
  3. Position Digital Risks services to senior client decision-makers at the C-Level.
  4. Collaborate closely with all service lines, particularly our physical security teams.

Delivering client projects:

  1. Design and manage comprehensive security programmes tailored to diverse environments, including hybrid IT/OT settings.
  2. Deliver projects aligned with industry frameworks and compliance requirements, such as NIST800-53, ISO27001, NIST CSF, NIS 2, DORA.
  3. Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud solutions, and advanced threat detection systems.
  4. Advise on their application, assess their suitability for specific environments, and determine optimal implementation timing and approach.
  5. Manage large-scale programmatic engagements, including stakeholder engagement, scoping, pricing, resource management, milestone delivery, and issue escalation.

Business development:

  1. Identify and originate cyber risk management and technology resilience opportunities.
  2. Manage key client relationships, supported by account, sales, and marketing plans.
  3. Position our cyber threat intelligence, assurance, and incident response practices.
  4. Provide energetic consulting leadership in KSA, promoting Control Risks as a trusted advisor on cyber and technology risk, leading to increased long-term, programmatic work.
  5. Support the growth of the practice by recruiting, retaining, and managing Protect resources on programmes.
  6. Develop innovative services that address client needs.
  7. Identify partnership opportunities regionally and globally to drive business growth.
  8. Foster a culture of collaboration and 'One Firm' behavior.

Essential requirements:

  1. Significant experience in cyber security and related disciplines, especially in technology and infrastructure consulting projects.
  2. A proven track record of developing trusted advisor relationships with C-level leaders.
  3. Experience delivering large, converged programmes of work in EMEA.
  4. Subject matter expertise and fluency in technology risk issues.
  5. Senior security and resilience roles experience, including knowledge of IT and OT network infrastructure.
  6. Proven ability to deliver risk assessments against industry standards.
