The role administers, reconciles and allocates insurance retainer accounts, with a focus on one client, and ensures retainer receipts are processed accurately in D365.
Approximately 50% of the role covers client retainer administration, while the rest supports wider AR activities—cash allocation, resolving queries, collections and month-end requirements.
