Process Engineer / Productie Engineer

Process Engineer Location Deeside Salary Negotiable + pension + benefits + holidays Hours Mon – Friday daytime A genuinely superb & quite unique opportunity to join a market leading business to help setting up and shaping a manufacturing department / plant. The Job: Reporting into the Plant Manager, working closely with the plant leadership team, production, engineering etc Help set up the processes and procedures of the plant, oversee and have some input and awareness of the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment Create and maintain process documents eg work instructions, FMEA, SOPs, risk assessment. Assist with training and mentoring instilling a safety culture and a professional, supportive, collaborative and inclusive environment. The Person: Degree or HNC or equivalent in Process, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar Willing to do occasional short trips to other European plants (2 – 3 days at a time) for knowledge transfer and training – once or twice per year. Good communication, multiple stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills important.
