The Job:
- This is a new section of a modern plant so a great time to join. Initially help with improving performance of state of the art machinery.
- Ensure H&S and compliance within mechanical engineering team.
- Support and influence mechanical engineering strategy, ensuring strategy is delivered across the site.
- Support implementation of reliability to ensure min downtime through data driven approaches.
- Machinery will include things like, various types of pumps, gearboxes, motors, fans, rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, conveyors, CHP.
The Person:
- HNC level mechanical engineering or similar.
- Ability to be flexible and part of a dynamic and fast growing team and division that will develop and evolve.
- Good interpersonal skills - communication, stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have but not essential:
- Project experience – expansion, modernisation, new plant.
- Installation, commissioning, start-up of machines and equipment.
- BOAS or / and steam boiler expertise.
- DCS systems knowledge.
Salary: £47,500 + 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + pension + life assurance + excellent career progression
Location: Deeside
Hours: Monday to Friday daytime (7-3 / 8-4 / 9-5)
