Hours: Monday to Friday daytime – flexible start/finish 7-3, 8-4, 9-5 etc
The Job:
- Ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant assets by planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Develop job plans and manage work orders within the CMMS.
- Coordinate materials and resources, and support continuous improvement in maintenance execution.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to optimize equipment availability and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate asset data.
- Organise and ensure availability of materials and spare parts.
- Ensure safety and compliance of work (PTW, RAMS, safety controls etc).
- Analyse maintenance data and identify improvements for reliability.
- Participate in RCA.
The Person:
- Degree, HND, HNC level engineering or similar.
- Heavy engineering experience, DCS systems, chemicals, power.
- Good interpersonal skills - communication, stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in a similar role performing similar duties.
Nice to have but not essential:
- COMAH site.
