The Person: * Multiskilled maintenance or service experience. * Experience in industrial bakery sector. * Flexible to travel and stay away from home – depending on where you live this may be a few nights per month on average. * Health & safety and hygiene focused, friendly, proactive, good communication, desire to learn and improve. * Machinery experience may include conveyors, dosing equipment, spiral mixers, high speed mixers, dough processing , dividers, moulders, provers, depositors, tunnel ovens, rack ovens, spiral conveyors, coolers, slicers, checkweighers, scanners, autoloaders, metal detectors, X-ray inspection, pack validation vision systems, sealing machinery, seal integrity systems, automated boxing and sleeving systems, labellers, palletisers, end of line inspection and automation systems.
