Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.30pm (early finish Friday)
The Job:
- Working for a well-established, successful and growing company with great training and progression opportunities.
- Assist in the building and manufacturing of special purpose machinery for the manufacturing sector.
- Mechanical roles involve: assemblies, sub-assemblies, fitting, keeping accurate parts lists.
- Electrical roles involve: wiring, building, testing machinery; panel wiring, back plates, panel layouts, installing PLC and HMI programs.
- Training provided on areas/gaps in skills or experience.
The Person:
- Ideally you will have experience gained in a manufacturing plant or assembly shop environment.
- Familiar with engineering drawings, assemblies and sub-assemblies, panels.
- Willing to learn, health and safety focused, good awareness and a can-do attitude.
