What We’re Looking For in a Solutions Marketing Executive:
We are looking for a Solutions Marketing Executive, reporting to the Head of Marketing. Your mission will be to help turn our strategic vision into high-impact content that you will also help roll out across multiple channels. While your role will be weighted toward content, you will need to have some generalist experience to support the wider marketing function. This is a newly created role for an ambitious individual looking to shape their remit, drive impact, and grow alongside a scaling business.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Narrative: Working from established messaging frameworks, and in collaboration with the team, you will build, maintain and iterate on a robust library of assets.
- Sales & BDR Enablement: Equipping the team with the tools and collateral they need to ensure a positive and compelling buyer journey, and actively soliciting feedback to ensure our messaging stays aligned with the market.
- Online: Working with the Head of Marketing to ensure content efforts support, and are optimized, for inbound, SEO/GEO and social platforms.
- Event Coordination: Assisting, and occasionally managing the promotional, logistical and tactical execution of in-person and online events, including post-event activities and reporting.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyse and report on the performance of your projects and content, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize.
Preferred Experience
- Industry experience: 3+ years marketing in consulting, bonus if you have consulting, cyber security or cloud-native experience.
- A safe pair of hands: You pride yourself on your ability to take a brief and run with it. You are highly organized, a critical thinker, and rarely let a detail slip through the cracks.
- A strong communicator: Used to working with a variety of personalities, from technical to sales, and building relationships where you can happily and constructively collaborate. When writing, you don’t need to be an expert on day one, but you must have the curiosity and literacy to work with complex subject matter without dumbing it down or undermining credibility with “fluff”.
- Adaptable & Agile: You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift based on market changes or project needs.
