Lead finance strategy, systems implementation, and process improvements to drive efficiency. Manage cost control initiatives and identify opportunities to optimise spend.
- Operational Finance: Act as a true business partner to key parts of the organisation, including Consulting, Product and Sales & Marketing. Providing key stakeholders in those teams, as well as the Executive Team, with up-to-date information to enable quality decision-making. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently and accurately. Oversee treasury and cash management, ensuring liquidity and optimal working capital. Maintain management accounts and provide timely, insightful financial reporting. Own the end-to-end VAT and R&D tax credit process, ensuring rigorous compliance while proactively identifying opportunities to improve the company's tax position. Supervise bookkeeping and ensure a 'single source of truth' for all financial data to support our data-driven culture.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards. Oversee and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations to support our international operations in North America, Europe, and APAC. Support audits and maintain robust internal controls across the group.
