This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in High Wycombe. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations of Power and BMS/PLC electrical control panels, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role involves coordinating with design, procurement, assembly, testing and quality control to manage workflow and maintain efficient production processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, manufacturing workflows, and operational planning
- Knowledge of quality control processes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance
