The Regulatory Reporting Solutions Analyst will sit within the Solutions team and support technically driven client growth by connecting regulatory insight, marketing activity, client outreach, product demonstrations, revenue operations, due diligence and account management. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone with 2-5 years of experience who wants to grow into a wider Solutions, client success, marketing, revenue operations or account management role. The successful candidate will be organised, commercially aware, comfortable with data and regulated subject matter, confident communicating with clients and prospects, and willing to build scalable processes in a growing SaaS business.
Job Purpose
- Use regulatory, product and market insight to support targeted campaigns and client engagement activity.
- Work with Regulatory Affairs to maintain horizon scanning across relevant regulatory regimes, consultations, implementation timelines and client impact areas.
- Coordinate structured outreach plans, meeting preparation, product demonstrations and follow-up actions for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain strong CRM, opportunity tracking, revenue operations, invoicing, reconciliation and account administration processes.
- Manage due diligence, procurement and onboarding processes in a structured, timely and professional way.
- Support account management, renewals, client communication and wider adoption of Control Now solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solutions-led marketing campaigns and content
- Plan, coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, events, website content and client-facing collateral.
- Draft campaign materials, including social posts, client updates, regulatory summaries, articles, one-pagers, presentation decks, demo follow-up packs and event communications.
- Work with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Product and Solutions colleagues to turn regulatory and product insight into clear, client-facing messages.
- Maintain campaign plans, target lists, timelines, approval workflows and performance reviews.
- Track campaign engagement, enquiries, qualified meetings, follow-up activity, conversion points and lessons learned.
- Regulatory horizon scanning and market intelligence
- Work with the Regulatory Affairs team to monitor relevant regulatory regimes, consultations, implementation timelines, market developments and potential client impacts.
- Maintain a horizon-scanning tracker covering key regimes, deadlines, impacted client groups, product relevance, internal owners and potential client engagement opportunities.
- Summarise approved regulatory developments in clear, business-friendly language for internal planning and external campaign activity.
- Identify potential campaign themes, webinar topics, client alerts, prospect messages and account prompts linked to regulatory change.
- Coordinate review and sign-off of regulatory messaging with the appropriate subject-matter experts before external use.
- Market engagement, outreach and opportunity development
- Research target firms, contacts, market segments, regulatory triggers, events and partner opportunities to support engagement activity.
- Build and maintain prospect and account lists using agreed qualification criteria and market segmentation.
- Develop and execute structured reach-out plans across email, LinkedIn, video calls and event follow-up.
- Qualify inbound and outbound enquiries by assessing client needs, timing, regulatory drivers and fit with Control Now solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demonstrations and follow-up calls with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, next steps, meeting notes, action owners and opportunity stages.
- Product demonstrations and business representation
- Prepare and, where appropriate, deliver introductory product demonstrations and Solutions overviews to prospects and clients.
- Create demo agendas, briefing notes, tailored slide decks, demo scripts and follow-up packs.
- Coordinate with Product, Regulatory Affairs and senior Solutions colleagues to ensure demos are relevant, accurate and aligned with client needs.
- Represent the business professionally in client meetings, webinars, conferences, partner discussions and industry events.
- Capture prospect and client questions, objections, feedback and product observations, then route these to the relevant internal teams.
- Revenue operations, CRM, invoicing and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate CRM data for enquiries, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities, follow-ups and pipeline reporting.
- Support quoting, contracting workflows, renewal tracking, billing schedules and general revenue administration.
- Coordinate invoicing, billing schedules, client purchase order details, payment follow-ups and billing queries with Finance and Solutions colleagues.
- Reconcile CRM records, contract terms, renewal dates, invoices, billing schedules and client account information to ensure records remain accurate.
- Produce regular reports on campaign activity, outreach, opportunity pipeline, account activity, renewals, invoicing status and follow-up actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue operations processes, templates, trackers and reporting discipline.
- Due diligence, procurement and onboarding support
- Own day-to-day coordination of prospect and client due diligence processes, questionnaires, information requests, procurement portals and deadlines.
- Manage due diligence trackers, internal owners, document requests, outstanding actions and submission timelines.
- Coordinate inputs from Regulatory Affairs, Product, Technology, Security, Finance, Legal and senior management as required.
- Maintain a current due diligence pack and reusable library of standard responses, company information, product information and supporting documents.
- Support onboarding administration once a client is signed, ensuring internal handovers and client-facing actions are clear and timely.
- Client account management and solution adoption
- Support account planning and day-to-day relationship management for existing clients.
- Maintain account plans, contact maps, key stakeholders, renewal dates, meeting records, open actions and follow-up logs.
- Coordinate regular client check-ins, review meetings, renewal preparation and account administration.
- Provide timely, relevant responses to client queries, escalating technical, regulatory, legal or pricing questions to the appropriate expert.
- Support renewals, retention activity and wider adoption of Control Now solutions where there is a clear client need.
- Process improvement and wider Solutions support
- Create and maintain simple playbooks, templates, standard operating procedures and checklists for campaigns, outreach, demos, due diligence, invoicing and account management.
- Support webinars, industry events, conference preparation, awards submissions, partner activity and post-event follow-up.
- Use campaign, CRM, revenue and client feedback data to identify improvements in conversion, follow-up, CRM hygiene and client experience.
- Gather and maintain information on competitors, market trends, client needs, regulatory drivers, events and partner opportunities.
- Take ownership of additional marketing, revenue operations, account or Solutions tasks that support business growth as the company scales.
Person Experience and Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, revenue operations, client solutions, client success, account management, lead generation, SaaS operations or a related client-facing role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, financial services, regulatory reporting, data products or technology services is desirable, but not essential if the candidate demonstrates strong learning ability.
- Practical experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, email marketing tools and campaign/reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable working with technical, data-led and regulatory subject matter and translating complex information into clear client-facing messaging.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and workstreams.
- Experience supporting demos, outreach campaigns, webinars, events, invoicing, reconciliations, renewals, due diligence, RFPs or client administration would be valuable.
- Degree-level education in business, marketing, finance, economics, communications, technology or a related field is desirable, but equivalent experience is equally welcome.
