Control Now (CN) is looking for a Product Owner to manage the analysis, specification and delivery of CN’s no‑code platform Control Box and TRAC. Control Box is a powerful data transformation platform that converts client trade data into regulatory reports. It offers an intuitive interface designed for intricate workflows and eliminates the need for development and testing teams to manage changes to regulatory reporting solutions. TRAC is the backend engine that processes data using transformation logic configured within Control Box. It includes a desktop tool that can be executed locally, enabling secure data processing without the need to share data outside the server environment. Many legacy solutions continue to operate exclusively on the TRAC platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Product Owner will oversee the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of Control Box and TRAC, requiring strong business analysis, data expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Product Delivery & Execution: Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle of product features from concept through to release. Translate product roadmap items into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with development to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related queries during development.
  • Business Analysis & Product Specification: Interpret product features and regulatory requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications. Ensure all requirements are documented with sufficient detail, including edge cases and validation scenarios.
  • Client Engagement & Support: Act as an SME for Control Box and TRAC in client interactions. Support client onboarding, training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops. Manage and resolve client queries related to data, logic, and product functionality. Gather and prioritise client feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Own business testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements. Ensure high product quality, minimising defects and rework.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, sales and other internal teams to ensure seamless product adoption and delivery. Identify opportunities to improve product user experience, functionality, and performance. Proactively suggest enhancements to improve client experience, scalability, and automation. Contribute to the evolution of product processes and best practices.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date product documentation, including specifications and release notes. Ensure knowledge is documented and transferable to support scalability and team collaboration.
