We’re looking for a bright, organised and ambitious person to work closely with the Managing Director of Control Flow Technologies Group.
This is not a standard administration, or a secretarial role. You’ll become a central part of the business - helping drive ideas into action, keeping senior leadership aligned, and ensuring plans, deadlines and key milestones stay on track across the company.
You’ll work directly with:
- Head of Business Development
- Head of Operations
- External stakeholders and partner networks
- Government and industry contacts
The role will involve a mix of coordination, communication, organisation and relationship management. One day could involve preparing presentations for meetings in the UK, India, Spain or Holland, while another could mean helping navigate external stakeholder conversations or ensuring internal teams deliver against agreed timelines.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, intelligent and proactive
- Naturally organised and commercially aware
- Friendly and approachable, but firm when needed
- Comfortable managing senior personalities and chasing deadlines
- Well presented and professional
- Confident with presentations, communication and relationship management
- Interested in long-term growth and developing into a bigger leadership role over time
You’ll need to be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
