About The Piano Bar & Lounge at The Glenmoriston Town House Hotel
Presiding at the heart of the Hotel, the Piano Lounge is a stylish and elegant venue set in a grade A listed building overlooking the River Ness. Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the Bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics, 300 whiskies as well as delicious bar snacks to share. Live Music also on Friday & Saturday nights
The Bartender Role:
The Bartender will provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits and ensure quality of all food or beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods, in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience while following and maintaining all local laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.
The ideal Bartender will have:
Proven experience leading a bar program
Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience is required.
Luxury/fast paced environment strongly preferred
