CCL Global are currently recruiting for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to support the procurement department with indirect commodities.
Location: Stafford
Type of Contract: PAYE Contract inside IR35.
Key duties will include:
- Support the Indirect Sourcing Team to identify, select and negotiate with suppliers to get the most competitive offer.
- Experience with majority if not all Indirect Commodities, MRO, FM, Professional Services, Labour, IT and Utilities.
- Ensure all active suppliers are approved and compliant (Supplier Connect / Complyworks).
- Enforce supplier strategy & Sourcing policies including management and optimization of supplier panels.
- Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
- Support budget planning and deliver Sourcing deflation and payment targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions.
- Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc.
- Support the UK Indirect team to resolve Supplier issues / support any related Sourcing related execution issues.
- Leads payment dispute resolutions with AP / stakeholders / Suppliers.
