Global leader in substation monitoring and diagnostics seeks an experienced Process Control Engineer to join their Industrialization team in Lisburn. This is a hands-on role improving manufacturing quality, automation, and supply chain efficiency within a cutting-edge electrical monitoring product line.
Highlights:
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvement projects.
- Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams on manufacturability and testing.
- Optimize assembly automation, line layout, and ergonomics.
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and resolve process issues.
Your Background:
- Degree in Engineering or Science (Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
- Confident with Excel, data analysis, and process documentation.
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or LabVIEW a plus.
- Driven problem-solver who enjoys hands-on involvement on the production floor.
