ERP Programme Director CCL Global is seeking an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead a major public-sector transformation programme, modernising Finance, HR and technology services through the delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning platform. This is a senior leadership assignment requiring a proven Programme Director capable of managing a complex, high-profile ERP transformation and engaging with executive-level stakeholders. Location: Hybrid – London, Bristol, Leeds or Manchester Contract: Inside IR35 Until 31 March 2027 Security Clearance: SC required Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation programme, encompassing Finance, HR, IT and core programme activities. * Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary programme team. * Finalise and secure approval for the Final Business Case (FBC). * Lead planning and delivery of the Beta phase, including development, testing, business change and operational readiness. * Manage programme governance, budgets, benefits, critical path and RAIDD. * Coordinate integration between the ERP platform and existing/future business systems. * Provide programme assurance and reporting to senior executive and governance boards. * Ensure compliance with relevant Government Functional Standards, GDS Service Standards and TCOP. * Drive stakeholder engagement and organisational adoption of the new platform and working practices. Essential Requirements * Proven ERP Programme Director experience. * Strong track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes involving technology, Finance and HR. * Experience with Oracle and/or SAP ERP environments. * Strong public-sector / government delivery experience. * Expert-level stakeholder engagement and programme governance. * Experience of business change, implementation and digital/data delivery. * Familiarity with Government Project Delivery Standards, HMT Green Book and GDS requirements. * SC clearance required. Desirable * Workday ERP implementation experience. * Modernisation of Finance and HR functions. * Government Project Delivery assurance gates. * Successful GDS service assessments
