Job Description: HSE Engineer Location: Talacre, North Wales Contract: 12 months renewable Scope: Outside IR35 Responsibilities: * Plan, define and supervise HSE procedures at project and construction level * Lead Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.) * Support implementation and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements * Plan and conduct internal HSE audits * Coordinate and prepare HSE files and other deliverables following CDM regulations * Lead accident / incident investigation * Complete supplier HSE evaluations, readiness reviews and review supplier HSE documents to ensure they meet the Project requirements * Cover for HSE Trainer, PTW Officer and HSE Officer * Records, coordinates and monitors HSE Performance and KPI's Requirements: * Education: Qualification in HSE or engineering related field, Nebosh diploma * Experience: 3-7 years in the Oil&Gas industry and onshore projects with activities in construction design regulation management and survery/investigation * Certification: ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
