CCL Global are looking for a Field Architect Building Engineer to work on site 5.5 days per week at CH8. Outside IR35. As Field Architectural Building Engineer you will be part of a cutting-edge project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will support the field architectural engineering activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Review Client's technical documentation and requirements and maintain project technical files.
  • Coordinate external architectural engineering subcontractor activities and check the designs of subcontracted architectural engineering.
  • Review design specifications and coordinate the architectural and structural design of building modules onsite.
  • Support the main structural aspects and definition of materials, with due consideration to the structural integrity of the module/building.
  • Prepare design specifications for architectural works for buildings and cooperate in preparing design specifications for civil works relevant to buildings.
  • Develop functional architectural layout of buildings based on multi-disciplinary input.
  • Prepare material specifications and architectural basis of design for buildings onsite.
  • Support Procurement in technical interface with Architectural vendors.

Experience:

  • 5 years in architectural building activities within a construction site project environment for the Oil & Gas, Industrial or Commercial industry.

Technical skills:

  • Material management, architectural documentation review, client relationship.
