Overview

The Load Out Coordinators, with the support of the Offshore Construction Manager, have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other managers to determine components ready for Load Out.
  • Confirm the components ready for Load Out.
  • Coordinate and supervise receiving of the components at quay and ready for Load Out certificate's procedures.
  • Oversee readiness for Ready for Load Out completion in the hub organization.
  • Control components readiness status level and ensure availability of components ready for Load Out.
  • Keep records on Load Out activity.
  • Assist in forecasting to plan future Load Out.
  • Oversee tooling management for Load Out activities.

Responsibilities (SOW)

  • Collaborate with the GE construction lead prior to vessel arrival at Preassembly Logistic Hub.
  • Ensure all aspects of the company's Health, Safety and Environmental procedures as they apply to the logistic hub are implemented at Quay.
  • Optimise/Define material supply process with all stakeholders for offshore needs.
  • Keep records on all activities (Load out sequence, load out Checklist, load out plan, load out Contact list).
  • Collaborate with the Tower Assembly manager for any SIMOPS and coactivity.
  • Manage material.
