Overview
The Load Out Coordinators, with the support of the Offshore Construction Manager, have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other managers to determine components ready for Load Out.
- Confirm the components ready for Load Out.
- Coordinate and supervise receiving of the components at quay and ready for Load Out certificate's procedures.
- Oversee readiness for Ready for Load Out completion in the hub organization.
- Control components readiness status level and ensure availability of components ready for Load Out.
- Keep records on Load Out activity.
- Assist in forecasting to plan future Load Out.
- Oversee tooling management for Load Out activities.
Responsibilities (SOW)
- Collaborate with the GE construction lead prior to vessel arrival at Preassembly Logistic Hub.
- Ensure all aspects of the company's Health, Safety and Environmental procedures as they apply to the logistic hub are implemented at Quay.
- Optimise/Define material supply process with all stakeholders for offshore needs.
- Keep records on all activities (Load out sequence, load out Checklist, load out plan, load out Contact list).
- Collaborate with the Tower Assembly manager for any SIMOPS and coactivity.
- Manage material.
