Your Impact: As a BDM at Contracts Advance, you'll be instrumental in driving the continued growth of the business. Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals, you'll identify and develop new business, lead meaningful commercial conversations and demonstrate the value Contracts Advance can bring. This is a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of creating new opportunities and closing deals. You'll receive qualified target account data that aligns with our sales strategy, enabling you to quickly build and take ownership of your pipeline. Before accounts are assigned, our marketing team runs targeted campaigns to warm prospects and increase engagement, giving you a stronger platform for meaningful conversations and higher conversion rates. You'll manage your own activity, nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle, and play a key role within a high-performing sales team. With ambitious growth plans, a market-leading commission scheme and a clear pathway into a Senior Business Development Manager role, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to accelerate their career within a fast-growing SaaS business.
Day to day:
- Receive qualified companies, targeted as part of strategic data campaigns
- Prospect qualified companies via outbound activity across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Prepare and conduct sales meetings with prospects
- Support prospects through the trial process
- Create and manage proposal documents and contracts
- Manage your pipeline and CRM activity on HubSpot effectively
- Deliver against individual targets and KPIs

- A proven history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a Business Development or similar sales role.
- Highly motivated by success, with a strong desire to maximise earnings through outstanding performance and uncapped commission.
