The Opportunity
We are looking for a Legal AI Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of legal technology. This is a unique opportunity to combine legal expertise with cutting-edge AI research to develop solutions that transform how legal teams work. You\’ll work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and our product team , applying the latest AI advancements to legal workflows while collaborating with customers to solve real challenges.

What You’ll Do
- Be the legal AI liaison – Be the subject matter expert to internal teams as well as our clients on generative AI.
- Engage with customers – Identify pain points in legal workflows and translate them into AI-driven solutions alongside our Engineering, Product, and AI teams.
- Work hands-on with AI models – Test the latest AI models, prompt engineer, fine-tune LLMs, and build proprietary datasets in collaboration with the AI team.
- Apply Gen AI to legal use cases – Stay ahead of AI developments and work with our teams to integrate them into Leah.
- Understand the full customer journey – Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure AI solutions align with real-world legal needs and user experiences.
What You Bring
- A qualified lawyer with a strong understanding of legal AI technologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage with stakeholders across different teams.
