Office Support Agent 📍 Location: Greendale 💷 Pay: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience) 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday Available Shifts: * 5:00am - 1:30pm * 11:00am - 7:00pm About the Role Recruitment Solutions are wrking with a busy and established logistics and parcel distribution company based in Greendale, looking for a reliable and motivated Office Support Agent to join their team. This is a varied role that involves supporting day-to-day office operations, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the parcel delivery process. Key Responsibilities * Answering incoming customer calls and emails * Assisting customers with parcel and delivery enquiries * Updating and maintaining records using computer systems * Processing and tracking shipments * Liaising with drivers, depots, and customers * General administrative and office support duties * Ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally The Ideal Candidate * Previous customer service or administration experience is desirable * Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills * Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Organised, reliable, and able to multitask * Due to the location, own transport is ideally required What They Offer * Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £14.00 per hour * Monday to Friday working pattern * Stable, long-term opportunity within a established logistics business * Friendly and supportive team environment If you're looking for a varied office-based role with customer interaction and administration responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you.
