Trainee Estimator Glasgow Are you an Architectural Technician or someone with a strong interest in construction looking to take your career in a new direction? What the role involves: Working closely with the commercial, pre-construction, and project delivery teams. Learning how to produce accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders. Gaining exposure to the full bid process, from take-offs and pricing to client submission. Building an understanding of subcontractor and supplier relationships. Developing your skills with the guidance of experienced estimators and senior management. What we’re looking for: Ideally, someone with a background in architecture, design, or construction (e.g. an Architectural Technician looking for a career change). Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
