We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a reputable construction business based in Glasgow. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will take responsibility for the delivery of a live construction project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for project delivery.
- Managing programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
- Providing regular project updates to the Construction Director.
- Ensuring all works are delivered in line with company and industry standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager within the construction sector.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands.
- Good commercial awareness and programme management experience.
- A proactive and professional approach to project delivery.
