A growing groundworks and small civils contractor is looking for an experienced Estimator to support increasing workload. You'll also provide support to the QS and office team.

The Role

  • Estimating groundworks and small civils packages up to £1m
  • Supporting the QS with commercial input
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Helping streamline the estimating process as the business grows

Experience Needed

  • Strong background in estimating groundworks/civils projects
  • Able to work independently and guide less-experienced team members
  • Good communication and organisational skills

Working Setup

  • Part-time, flexible hours
  • Hybrid: work from home with optional office days
  • Office based near Dundee/Broughty Ferry, with projects across Dundee, Fife and Stirling
