The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this substantial development, overseeing all operational, programme, commercial, and health & safety aspects of the project. Working closely with senior leadership, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in driving quality, performance, and delivery throughout the lifecycle of the development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a major 600-unit residential development in Glasgow
- Manage project programme, budgets, quality, and operational performance
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary construction teams
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Build strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and delivery challenges
- Drive programme efficiencies while maintaining exceptional build quality
- Provide leadership and mentoring across the wider project team
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
