We are working in partnership with a well-established and growing specialist contractor to recruit an experienced CAD Technician to join their technical team based in Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality projects across the UK within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role will suit a CAD professional with strong construction knowledge who enjoys working closely with design, project, and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings and Revit models for client and internal use
- Support BIM‑compliant project delivery, including coordination and development of models where required
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to create precise layouts and technical outputs
- Update drawings in line with project changes, approvals, and site requirements
- Manage technical documentation and ensure accuracy across all stages of the project lifecycle
- Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, and wider teams to support project delivery
- Provide a high level of customer service from initial design through to handover and O&M documentation
Key requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM processes and documentation
- Strong understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing
- Experience producing technical drawings within a construction or specialist contractor environment
- Experience using document management systems such as Procore or similar
