Contract Scotland is working in partnership with a well-established and respected Glasgow-based fit-out and refurbishment contractor to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in joinery. Our client delivers high-quality projects across a range of sectors including retail, commercial, and leisure. Due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now looking to bring a hands-on Site Supervisor into their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved on-site; you'll be expected to work on the tools when required.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Day-to-day supervision of fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance and promoting best practices on-site.
  • Undertaking joinery tasks when necessary to support project delivery.
  • Providing updates to Project Managers and reporting progress.
  • Ensuring quality control and snagging of completed works.
