The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in supporting site operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising trades and subcontractors
- Supporting the Site Manager with daily site activities
- Monitoring progress to ensure programme deadlines are met
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely, to quality standards, and in line with regulations
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety checks
- Maintaining site records and reporting progress
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role within construction
- Strong knowledge of health & safety practices on-site
- Ability to coordinate trades and drive progress
- CSCS card essential
- SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
