Contract Scotland are working closely with a regional construction and fit-out company, based in Glasgow, to source an experienced Site Manager. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing refurbishment projects from £2m-£5m in value; healthcare or education experience would be a bonus! You will have a track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Managing project resources, including budget, schedule, and personnel.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Managing project scope, schedule, and quality.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, project stakeholders and supply chain.
- Providing leadership and direction to project teams while maintaining a strong safety culture.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be degree qualified in a construction-related field or come from a trade background.
- Have demonstrable management experience within the construction industry.
- Have experience leading projects from inception to completion.
- Be a driven and strategic individual who is confident and motivated in working collaboratively toward the success of a shared goal.
